If you use Itunes, you can search for these ones:
Faith For The Family - Clarence Sexton (not updated anymore, but there are many sermons that you can listen to there; these are what ended up being chapters in his books) (Also has a video podcast, though most of the messages are by Lee Roberson)
Temple Baptist Church - Sexton (this is the one that is updated)
Thru The Bible** - J. Vernon McGee
Thru The Bible Sunday Sermons - McGee
Magherafelt Free Presbyterian Church** - Not IFB, but the closest denomination to us. William McCrea is solid and loves the Lord. Is a Calvinist, but doesn't comment on that much. Has a video podcast too - Clarence Sexton has preached at his church, this is how I first came across this preacher.
Way of Life Literature - Brother Cloud (video and regular podcasts - not updated much, but there are lots of sermons already available)
Search The Scriptures - Dave Hunt (not IFB, but a good source to see what is wrong with contemporary trends in the churches)
Let The Bible Speak**/Alan Cairns (Free Presbyterian - some overlap between these two podcasts - Cairns podcast also contains the LTBS radio one too - but the LTBS is the one I would recommend) - Cairns loves the Lord and is mostly solid (except for the Calvinism), but he does speak on Calvinism more (especially on the messages that are not part of the radio program, in the program he only touches down on it a little). I mention these two because they are ones I regularly listen to, though I would not recommend all Cairns messages due to the Calvinism that is in some of them, but typically you can tell which ones he focusses on with his Calvinism due to the name of the individual sermons. Now that I have listened to them both, I would recommend McCrea over Cairns - though I have listened to Cairns on and off on SermonAudio for 6-7 (or more) years)
Answers With Ken Ham** has little 1 minute creation thoughts every weekday.
While I listen to all of these (and several more, though more hit or miss with the others), the ones with the asterisk are ones I listen to the most regularly. There have been several others, but sometimes on the Net a ministry becomes unavailable after a while.
Out of the ones mentioned above, I would recommend with no hesitation David Cloud (he is more a discernment ministry), William McCrea (expositin and Christian living), and Clarence Sexton (exposition and Christian living). The others are good, but do have their quirks (McGee is great, but he sometimes corrects the KJV, believes the gap theory, and some other minor things I would disagree with here and there). I like his Thru The Bible because it is exposition of the whole Bible, though I do not agree with all the content.
